Bold Ideas Network is an AI software studio and business coaching company based in Lagos, Nigeria, operating under the holding company Bold Ideas Network. Our products include Brian, Master, FitSnapper AI, BK Progress, and Financial A.

By using our website or any of our products you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old. Brian (social media management) requires you to be at least 18 and to own or be authorized to manage any social media accounts you connect.

We provide: AI software products, business strategy coaching, idea validation services, and vibe coding training. Each product may have supplemental terms displayed within that product.

By connecting social media accounts you authorize Brian to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time via platform settings. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your access.

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant Bold Ideas Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and publish your content solely to provide the service. You warrant that your content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

Do not use our services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute spam or malware, harass others, reverse-engineer our systems, or violate any third-party platform's terms.

Our products integrate with LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Your use through our products is also governed by each platform's own terms. We are not responsible for platform changes, outages, or account actions taken by these platforms.

Products labeled Beta or Coming Soon are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued without notice.

Service fees are as specified in your subscription plan. Pricing may change with 30 days notice. Fees already rendered are non-refundable except as required by law.

Services are provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Ideas Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify Bold Ideas Network against claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or platform policies.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access immediately for Terms violations. On termination your right to use the service ceases and outstanding fees remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

Contact hello@boldideasnetwork.com first to resolve disputes informally within 90 days before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via website or email.
